If you wish to return or exchange an item, just follow the steps below within 30 days of receipt.
Please return items in new, unworn/unwashed condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns of personalized items.
To return or exchange items you purchased online at www.angeldear.net
1) Please complete the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip and enclose the slip with your return. (If you no longer have the packing slip, please enclose a note requesting refund or exchange, including your name, address, phone number and email address.)
2) Package securely and ship via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to:

We process returns promptly and you should receive your exchange or cash refund within several weeks. Charges refunded to credit cards will appear on your statement within the next two billing cycles. Original shipping fees are not refundable and we cannot reimburse the cost of return shipping.

Please follow the steps above and include the name and address of the person who placed the order with AngelDear.net, indicating on your packing slip or note that you received the item as a gift. We will be happy to make an exchange, but we cannot issue a refund except to the original purchaser.
To return or exchange Angel Dear items purchased from a local retailer
Please contact the retailer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns of any Angel Dear merchandise not purchased directly from AngelDear.net.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Order Status and Confirmation
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include tracking information and instructions on how to track your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 business days of your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Our normal order processing days are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (Please see Order Processing Holidays for exceptions). Orders are processed on the business day after they are placed. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Union City California.
Expedited Shipping/Order Processing Days, Times
No orders are processed or delivered on weekends, major holidays or company closures (listed below). If you place an expedited (Next Day, 2Day or 3Day) order on Friday before 9AM, PT, your order will be delivered on MONDAY, as Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days. If you place an expedited order on Friday after 9AM PT, your order will be processed and shipped out on MONDAY and you will receive it on TUESDAY.
